The Quick Help app is an easy and private way to contact friends, family or emergency services when time matters most. Once you have configured up to five emergency contacts, two taps will reach out to your contact with a help request text message, and email, that includes your name and your GPS location so that help can find you right away. You will also have the option to call this contact.
