About
The Quick Help App was invented by Christopher Gentile, the founder and CEO of MC Squared Incorporated (MC2), and he built it initially for his two young daughters. After the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in 2012, Mr. Gentile felt that there had to be an easier, and more private way for his daughters to reach out for help in an emergency situation. He felt that in a situation, such as a shooting, putting a phone up to your head could threaten your life, and therefore he created the Quick Help App, which allows you to just do two taps on your phone, and then put your phone down, and your request for help, along with your location, is instantly sent out to your contact of choice. Although he created it for his daughters, the Quick Help App is for everyone else.
MC2 was founded in 1996 and focuses on the creation of state-of-the-art technologies and content for several Fortune 1000 companies
